Dr. Michael Chillemi

Dr. Chillemi is licensed in the state of New Jersey, New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania. He is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic and by the American International Sports Association. He alsohas certificates in Flexion Distraction, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Certified in Cardiac Resuscitation.
Dr. Chillemi has been Approved to teach A Functional Evaluation Certificate Program thru New York Chiropractic College.
Dr. Chillemi also has co written a book called The Complete Herbal Guide: A Natural Approach to Healing the Body
Dr. Chillemi maximizes his treatments with postural, strengthening and stretching exercises. Dr. Chillemi has enjoyed a high success rate with stabilizing displaced spinal discs. He has adopted and mastered cutting edge examination methodology and has developed a system of X-ray analysis to screen out potential risks.

Dr. Chillemi believes in active patient participation. This form of treatment involves active patient participation, not just lying on a table and having therapy performed upon them. This treatment involves an active partnership, between the doctor and the patient. The patient is an active participant in the treatment. This will enable them to improve their response to treatment, their tolerance to performing their usual daily activities, decreasing pain levels, improving and maintaining proper posture, improving functional ability and stability and helping to give them control over their health and well-being. Tools such as wobble boards, balance boards, progressive resistance bands, spinal stabilizing activities and gymnastic balls are utilized to achieve these goals. By engaging in these active therapies, this can help decrease the patients dependency upon the doctor and give them some control over their pain and discomfort.
Dr. Nicolas Chillemi

Dr. Nicolas Chillemi graduated from the University of Rutgers-Newark with a bachelor's degree in psychology. While at the University of Rutgers-Newark, Dr. Chillemi was a collegiate student-athlete playing 4 years of collegiate baseball which taught him hard work, discipline, and the importance of time management. He later graduated from the University of Bridgeport as a Doctor of Chiropractic, graduating sum laude. Dr. Chillemi is also in the process of completing his Master's in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport as well.
As a chiropractor, Dr. Chillemi is specialized in the non-surgical treatment of pain. Chiropractors are well-known for their treatment of spinal pain with a special focus on neck, back and headache pain in which significant research supports chiropractic care for these problems. Dr. Chillemi utilizes the most up to date techniques as well as conventional chiropractic care in treating his patients. Dr. Chillemi believes in practicing the combination of evidence based medicine with clinical experience that has worked for chiropractic physicians for years. Dr. Chillemi believes in total body health incorporating nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications along with chiropractic care in treating patients. Nutrition is a hotly debated topic as there is an abundance of misinformation, false marketing, and overstated opinion that permeates from the media and the internet. It is Dr. Chillemi's goal to clear up any misinformation and help educate patients on the importance of nutrition and its effect on the body. Maryanne Bayongan PT

Marianne graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in the Philippines in 1996. Upon gaining her license in 1997, Marianne set up and managed two clinics for 4 years as a clinic owner/clinical supervisor. During this time, Marianne trained ten volunteers and hundreds of physical therapy interns.
Recognized for outstanding performance as a clinical supervisor, Marianne was elected a panelist to one of philippine physical therapy schools where she participated in screening student's eligibility for graduation. In 2008, Marianne relocated to the U.S. where she managed clinics in Jersey City and Roselle Park.
Marianne keeps current with physical therapy practices by attending courses and reading materials Marianne's physical therapy mantra has always been "enhancing abilities beyond disabilities". Marianne's strives to get her patients back to their activities despite pain and weaknesses through proper exercise and care.
Marianne designs her treatment plans according to her patients needs and enjoys a one on one treatment in a fun environment.
